2 cans cream of chicken soup (low-fat ok)
2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
3 chicken breasts, cut into strips
1/2 c. mayonnaise (low-fat mayo or plain yogurt)
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. unflavored bread crumbs
2 Tbs. melted butter
Layer broccoli in bottom of 9x13 pan. Layer chicken on top.
Combine soup,
mayo, and lemon juice and spread over chicken. Sprinkle with
cheese.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top, then sprinkle butter. Cook at 350F
for 1 hour.
Serve with rice or bread.
