Crust - press a package of pillsbury sugar cookie dough on a cooke sheet. bake as directed.
Topping - mix well:
8 oz cream cheese (room temp)
1/4 cup sugar
1tsp vanilla
Glaze - mix in saucepan:
2 Tbs cornstarch
1 cup of apple or orange juice
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
heat mixture over medium heat until it thickens. let the glace
cool a little but not too long or it will get lumpy.
Put topping mixture on the cookie crust. Add your favorite fruit sliced (i.e. strawberries, kiwi, blueberries etc) Drizzle/spoon glaze onto of the fruit and refrigerate.
